Job Requirements
- Prior grill cook experience
- Kitchen cook experience
- Kitchen prep experience
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Prior grill cook experience
- Kitchen cook experience
- Kitchen prep experience
- Ability to follow approved recipes and production standards
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation
- Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations
- Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service meeting outlined standards
- Ensures food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty
- Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service
- Stores foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating and food safety procedures
- Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils
- Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information to supervisor
- Attends in-service and safety meetings
- Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
