Job Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time with scheduled shifts from Friday to Tuesday 4:30 pm to 1:00 am
  • Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
  • Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Ability to interact and respond to managers, clients, customers, and guests
  • Pass a background check and drug screen (excluding THC)
  • Adherence to all nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations
  • Commitment to positive and professional workplace conduct

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 2 years cooking or restaurant experience
  • Experience in a scratch kitchen preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Ability to develop rapport with customers
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare food orders for employees and contractors
  • Perform short-order cooking using established culinary techniques
  • Maintain par stocks and order supplies as needed
  • Rotate products to ensure maximum quality and minimize waste
  • Ensure all food handling and preparation comply with safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to cook menu items and follow Sous Chef's instructions
  • Report unsafe working conditions and equipment needs to management
