Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food knowledge
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Able to independently lift up to 15 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 8 to 10 hours per day
- Physical capability for reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurant locations

Job Duties
- Take full ownership of the daily preparation and execution of food items in the grill station
- Follow recipes, procedures, and presentation standards consistently
- Ensure the highest quality production of chicken and other menu items
- Work collaboratively with team members and service staff to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Manage physical demands of the role including lifting, standing, and moving throughout the shift
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
