Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment

  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift up to 15 pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 8 to 10 hours per day
  • Physical capability for reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurant locations

Job Duties

  • Take full ownership of the daily preparation and execution of food items in the grill station
  • Follow recipes, procedures, and presentation standards consistently
  • Ensure the highest quality production of chicken and other menu items
  • Work collaboratively with team members and service staff to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Manage physical demands of the role including lifting, standing, and moving throughout the shift
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
