Job Duties

  • Setting up, restocking, and breaking down the grill
  • Preparing daily meal items and menu specials
  • Preparing daily specials, hot sandwich production, and sides for service
  • Following recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, and tasting grilled foods
  • Operating kitchen equipment for food preparation including measuring, mixing, washing, peeling, cutting, shredding, and trimming meats and poultry
  • Monitoring food production, keeping accurate records, and managing food waste
  • Cleaning all equipment and utensils used in grill prep and production
  • Maintaining temperature logs and signage for the grill station
  • Reporting safety issues to management
