Job Duties
- Setting up, restocking, and breaking down the grill
- Preparing daily meal items and menu specials
- Preparing daily specials, hot sandwich production, and sides for service
- Following recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, and tasting grilled foods
- Operating kitchen equipment for food preparation including measuring, mixing, washing, peeling, cutting, shredding, and trimming meats and poultry
- Monitoring food production, keeping accurate records, and managing food waste
- Cleaning all equipment and utensils used in grill prep and production
- Maintaining temperature logs and signage for the grill station
- Reporting safety issues to management
