- ability to work part-time shifts including lunch and dinner

Job Duties
- operate the grill and oven for lunch and dinner shifts
- prepare proteins for the line as needed
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the grill station
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to avoid cross-contamination and temperature danger zones
- cross-train on broth heating and cooling procedures
- engage with guests as the grill station is in full view
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
