Positions are available for lunch and dinner shifts, typically ranging from 3 to 5 days per week, with hours from 8AM to 2PM and 4PM to 10PM. Earning $13 to $17 per hour including tips, this role includes a hiring bonus of $100, split into $50 after 30 days and $50 after 90 days of employment. This position involves primarily working on the front-of-house line, operating the grill and oven, and preparing proteins to be served, making it an integral part of the kitchen team. Team members in this role will also be cross-trained on broth procedures, including heating and cooling soups and broths, to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
