Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in grilling and food preparation
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knife skills

  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or catering environment
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in grilling techniques
  • Experience working in fine dining or high-volume kitchens is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is advantageous
  • Familiarity with menu planning meal preparation and food industry best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station adhering to food safety regulations
  • Assist with menu planning by providing input on dish preparation and ingredient needs
  • Handle food safely including proper storage handling and sanitation procedures
  • Support the kitchen team in food preparation tasks such as chopping marinating and portioning ingredients
  • Collaborate with serving staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction
