Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2 years of related experience beneficial
  • Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends
  • Open availability preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
  • Operate grill stations, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with team members to reduce food waste
  • Adapt to varied shifts and business needs as required
