Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work weekday morning, afternoon, or evening shifts
- Previous cooking experience helpful but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- 0 to 2 years of related cooking experience is beneficial
- Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients correctly
- Basic knowledge of operating grill, fryer, and kitchen equipment
- Commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
- Good customer service skills
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte station and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
