Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain food safety standards
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
- Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience beneficial
- Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, grill, and present hot and cold food items for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
- Read, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate grill stations, fryers, and other kitchen equipment as needed
- Attend scheduled shifts punctually with regularity
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to minimize food waste
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on client needs
