Job Duties
- Work independently performing moderately difficult tasks in preparing small quantities of quickly prepared food such as steaks, chops, cutlets, hamburgers, eggs, salads, and other similar items
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Prepare and cook grilled food items efficiently and according to customer specifications
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Minimize food waste through careful preparation and portion control
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Perform other duties as assigned according to business necessities and client requirements
