Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Capability to follow food safety and GMP guidelines
  • Basic proficiency in operating point of sale systems
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to work in a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or event staff roles preferred
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic math skills for handling cash registers and point of sale systems
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow instructions and comply with GMP guidelines
  • Physical stamina to perform prolonged periods of standing and physically demanding tasks

Job Duties

  • Working independently or in a team to cook, prepare, serve, or transport food items
  • Engaging with customers while operating a point of sale machine or cash register in a professional and courteous manner
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, or other items at the start or end of your shift
  • Work on your feet, either stationary or constantly moving for the full shift
  • Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities at times, as required by the immediate supervisor
  • Comfortable working in a busy and at times hectic environment
  • Follow GMP guidelines including keeping hair up, neatly trimmed fingernails, and covering facial hair when handling food
  • Adhere to dress code requirements, including wearing close-toed shoes and pants if not otherwise specified
