Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 to 2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience beneficial
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of grill and kitchen equipment operation
- Customer service oriented
- Adaptable and reliable under varying work schedules
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
- Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte station or operate grill station and kitchen equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Reduce food waste and manage kitchen supplies
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
