Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work morning shifts, varying days, weekends, and holidays as required
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow health and safety protocols
Capability to stand for long periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
Willingness to work in a team environment
Basic food preparation skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
0 to 2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience beneficial
Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Basic knowledge of grill and kitchen equipment operation
Customer service oriented
Adaptable and reliable under varying work schedules

Job Duties

Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte station or operate grill station and kitchen equipment
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Reduce food waste and manage kitchen supplies
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
