We are currently seeking a skilled Grill Chef to join our passionate and energetic kitchen team. As a Grill Chef, you will be instrumental in preparing and grilling an array of menu items including steaks, burgers, chicken, ribs, seafood, and more, all in accordance with our carefully crafted recipes and food safety protocols. Your expertise will ensure every dish is cooked to perfection, properly seasoned, and attractively presented, contributing to a memorable dining experience for every guest. Beyond cooking, your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, monitoring food temperatures and quality, and collaborating closely with other kitchen staff and servers to maintain timely service. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a grilling position is preferred
  • Knowledge of various steak temperatures and proper grilling techniques
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certification

Job Duties

  • Skillfully prepare and grill steaks, burgers, chicken, ribs, seafood, and other menu items to our specific recipes and standards
  • Efficiently operate grills, ovens, and additional kitchen equipment while prioritizing safety
  • Ensure each dish is properly portioned, seasoned, and presented to the highest standards
  • Monitor food temperatures to adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation for optimal efficiency
  • Restock and keep grill station supplies fully stocked to support kitchen operations
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health department regulations
  • Assist with food preparation and other back-of-house duties as needed
