Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a grilling position is preferred
- Knowledge of various steak temperatures and proper grilling techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certification

Job Duties
- Skillfully prepare and grill steaks, burgers, chicken, ribs, seafood, and other menu items to our specific recipes and standards
- Efficiently operate grills, ovens, and additional kitchen equipment while prioritizing safety
- Ensure each dish is properly portioned, seasoned, and presented to the highest standards
- Monitor food temperatures to adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation for optimal efficiency
- Restock and keep grill station supplies fully stocked to support kitchen operations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health department regulations
- Assist with food preparation and other back-of-house duties as needed
