Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a grilling position is preferred
- Knowledge of various steak temperatures and proper grilling techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certification

- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health department regulations
- Assist with food preparation and other back-of-house duties as needed
