- previous kitchen experience preferred

Job Duties
- Assists with basic food prep like chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and organizing supplies
- keeps the workstations clean and stocked, ensuring the line cooks have everything they need
- helps with dishwashing, restocking, and general sanitation
- may assist in assembling simple items like salads or sides
- communicates with the team to maintain a smooth workflow during busy hours
- prepares and cooks menu items according to recipes and portion standards
- works specific stations (grill, saute, fry, salad line) depending on the shift and kitchen layout
- ensures food quality, presentation, and timing meet restaurant standards
- maintains a clean and organized station, following food safety and sanitation protocols
- coordinates with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed efficiently
- may assist in inventory tracking and prep for the next shift
