Job Requirements
- Ability to legally work in the State of Hawaii
- TB clearance as required for food handling positions
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Some experience as a greeter or hostess in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment
- some experience in retail or customer service
- personable and able to get along well with others
- team player
- weekend availability (Friday - Sunday)
Job Duties
- Oversee the retail store, keep merchandise stocked, and help guests with retail purchases
- greet guests as they enter the restaurant and manage the waitlist
- ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws
- support the FOH team with various tasks like folding napkins, bussing tables, maintaining dining and bathroom areas
- follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines
