Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Some experience as a greeter or hostess in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment
Some experience in retail or customer service
Ability to comply with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws
Capability to support FOH team with various tasks
Weekend availability (Friday - Sunday)
TB clearance required
Eligibility to work in the State of Hawaii
Willingness to adhere to health, hygiene, and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

Some experience as a greeter or hostess in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment
Some experience in retail or customer service
Personable, get along great with others and know how to be a team player
Weekend availability (Friday - Sunday)

Job Duties

Oversee the retail store, keep merchandise stocked, and help guests with retail purchases
Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and manage the waitlist
Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws
Support the FOH team with various tasks like folding napkins, bussing tables, maintaining dining and bathroom areas
Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines
