Keeler Mercedes-Benz is currently inviting applications for the position of Service Greeter/Porter/Car Washer within their bustling service department. Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to handle physical tasks related to the position
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Availability to work overtime if required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Prior experience in automotive service or customer service preferred but not required
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and reliability
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is beneficial

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival
  • Assist in managing the flow of vehicles in and out of the service drive-thru
  • Wash and detail vehicles to maintain cleanliness and presentation
  • Support day-to-day operations within the service department
  • Maintain the service area to ensure safety and cleanliness
  • Communicate effectively with service personnel and customers
  • Uphold company standards for customer service and vehicle care
