We are currently seeking a Service Assistant / Driver to join our busy service department. As a critical member of our team, the Service Assistant / Driver will play an essential role in supporting daily service operations, ensuring an efficient workflow and a positive customer experience from the moment they enter the service department until their vehicle is returned to them. In this position, you will greet customers warmly, answer phone inquiries, assist Service Advisors with maintaining clear and timely communications, and schedule service appointments to help keep the service bay running smoothly. You will also coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery, provide shuttle transportation services for customers when needed, and assist with parking, moving, and washing dealership and customer vehicles. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized work environment contributes to the overall professionalism and efficiency of our service department. You will report directly to the service management team and perform other tasks as assigned to support business needs.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- previous experience in automotive dealership or related field preferred
- reliable and customer-focused work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership experience preferred (service advisor, technician, porter, or support role)
- basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- experience with CDK Dealer Management System is a plus
- general automotive knowledge preferred
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- excellent communication and customer service abilities
- self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- high school diploma or equivalent required
