Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as restaurant host or greeter preferred
- Experience using reservation software platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 10 pounds
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as restaurant host/greeter preferred
- Experience with reservation systems such as SevenRooms, OpenTable, or Resy
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum amount of weight (about 10 pounds)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- Provide table accommodations and manage seating arrangements
- Offer menu recommendations and inform guests of specialty items
- Oversee the venue's reservation system including taking, modifying and canceling reservations
- Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints effectively
- Maintain the overall ambiance, music and professionalism of the lounge
- Ensure guest satisfaction and facilitate smooth flow of guest services
