Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as restaurant host or greeter preferred
  • Experience using reservation software platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 10 pounds
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as restaurant host/greeter preferred
  • Experience with reservation systems such as SevenRooms, OpenTable, or Resy
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum amount of weight (about 10 pounds)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression
  • Provide table accommodations and manage seating arrangements
  • Offer menu recommendations and inform guests of specialty items
  • Oversee the venue's reservation system including taking, modifying and canceling reservations
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints effectively
  • Maintain the overall ambiance, music and professionalism of the lounge
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and facilitate smooth flow of guest services
