Join Lucky Strike Entertainment as a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant and become an essential part of the guest experience team in one of their bustling entertainment venues. In this part-time role, available primarily during evening and night shifts with weekend availability, you will be the first point of contact for all guests entering the location. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests warmly, managing the waitlist, assigning lanes and equipment such as shoes, and ringing up sales at the counter while following cash control procedures. You will also assist guests with basic bowling instructions, ensure timely communication with mechanics regarding equipment malfunctions, and operate various systems including the POS, central panel, computers, and P/A system. This position plays a crucial role in setting the tone for a fun, memorable experience that keeps guests coming back. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet state requirements for alcohol service where applicable. The role suits applicants with prior hospitality or customer service experience, excellent telephone etiquette, and a proactive, friendly attitude.
