As a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will be the first point of contact for guests, playing a crucial role in creating an inviting and fun atmosphere. This position is designed for those who thrive in an energetic environment and enjoy engaging with people. Your role is to greet guests warmly both in person and over the phone, helping set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Responsibilities include managing the waitlist, tracking lane and equipment availability, assisting with league preparation, ringing sales and following cash control procedures, and promptly reporting any mechanical malfunctions. You will also assist guests with bowling instructions and operate various systems including POS, central panel, computers, and the P/A system.

This role requires excellent interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills and is well-suited for individuals aged 18 and older who have a desire to be part of the entertainment and hospitality industry. The work environment is typical of entertainment settings, involving periods of walking, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting with assistance. Shifts are primarily in the evening and night hours with weekend availability, making this an excellent job opportunity for those seeking flexible part-time work.
