Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, is a leading name in the location-based entertainment industry with over 360 venues across North America. The company specializes in delivering extraordinary experiences through bowling alleys, amusement attractions, water parks, and family entertainment centers, making it a dynamic leader in the sector. Lucky Strike also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, a significant entity in the professional bowling community and a growing media brand with a global fanbase. This leadership position in entertainment is backed by a commitment to innovative experiences, excellent customer service, and a vibrant, engaging atmosphere for visitors of all ages.

As a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will be the welcoming face who sets an inviting tone from the moment guests walk through the doors. Your role is crucial in crafting memorable experiences, offering friendly service, and ensuring that every visitor feels valued and excited about their visit. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service. Working mainly evening and night shifts and requiring weekend availability, this role demands energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Your primary responsibilities include welcoming guests warmly, managing waitlists, assigning equipment like bowling shoes and lanes, and preparing for league events. Handling sales transactions accurately through POS systems, communicating equipment malfunctions to maintenance, and giving guests basic bowling instructions are also fundamental aspects of the job. You will operate various technological systems, including the central control panel and public address system, to ensure smooth operation. This multifaceted role blends customer service with operational duties, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a lively setting while developing communication and multitasking skills.

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and meet state legal requirements to serve alcohol, with a preference for candidates who have a high school diploma or equivalent and some hospitality or restaurant experience. Excellent telephone etiquette and a proven record of reliability are essential. Lucky Strike emphasizes a fun and supportive work environment, providing perks such as free bowling, discounted arcade play, food and beverages, and event access. Additionally, the company offers performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage, reinforcing its commitment to employee well-being and satisfaction.

Working at Lucky Strike Entertainment means joining a team dedicated to creating extraordinary entertainment experiences. With a culture focused on fun, engagement, and continuous growth, this position is well-suited for those wanting to dive into the entertainment industry, gain valuable customer service experience, and enjoy great benefits in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
