As a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you become an essential part of the guest experience, setting a welcoming and engaging tone right when customers enter the venue. This role provides the first point of contact between the guests and the company, making it crucial in creating memorable experiences and delivering that sought-after "WOW" factor. Your day-to-day duties involve diverse interactions, from greeting guests warmly in person and over the phone, managing waitlists efficiently, to assisting guests with basic bowling instructions to ensure they have an enjoyable time. You will also handle administrative tasks like tracking lane and equipment availability, preparing for league events, processing sales accurately at the counter while following strict cash control procedures, and promptly reporting any technical malfunctions, such as issues with pinsetters or pinspotters. Operating various systems such as the Point of Sale (POS), central panel, computers, and the public address system is an integral part of the role.

This position requires a friendly and inviting demeanor, excellent communication skills including telephone etiquette, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced entertainment environment. The work environment involves standing, walking, and bending for periods and occasionally lifting objects with assistance, reflecting the active nature of the role. This role offers a competitive pay range of $18.20 to $19.00 per hour, along with performance-based incentives. The total rewards package includes healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits that contribute to employee well-being and satisfaction. The position is ideal for individuals who meet the minimum age requirements for serving alcohol as per state law and those who are at least 18 years old.
