Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Food service experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Safe Server Alcohol and Food Handlers certification preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work in extreme temperatures
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
Ability to push and pull carts up to 250 lbs
Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
Regular attendance and punctuality
Ability to communicate effectively in the primary workplace language

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer relations skills
Detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills
Basic computational ability
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, and POS systems
Ability to work independently
Strong issue resolution and analytical skills

Job Duties

Greet and welcome all hotel guests and customers
Escort guests to their tables and present the menu
Communicate with the wait staff and other restaurant personnel to ensure guest experience meets company standards
Perform a variety of duties including refilling beverages, setting tables, and cleaning eating/serving areas
Perform other duties in a team effort during downtime such as rolling silverware, expediting food orders, preparing food for To-go areas, and maintaining table condiments
Perform all other responsibilities as directed by management
Assist with any guest inquiry
