Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years or higher per applicable law
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong time management and multitasking abilities
- commitment to delivering excellent guest service
- willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is an asset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- positive attitude and team player mindset
- basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems is beneficial
Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
- manage waitlists and efficiently seat guests
- provide superior guest service and address guest inquiries
- maintain a clean and organized entrance area
- collaborate with the host team and other staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- monitor guest flow and communicate wait times accurately
- assist with special seating arrangements and accommodate guest preferences
