The Greeter / Host / Hostess role at Din Tai Fung is a vital position that ensures the first point of contact between guests and the restaurant is welcoming and organized. This position is based at the Santa Clara location at 2855 Stevens Creek Blvd, nestled within Westfield Valley Fair. The role is designed to greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements efficiently, and help facilitate a smooth and pleasant dining flow. Using Din Tai Fung’s proprietary text message waiting system, hosts check guests in seamlessly and escort them to their assigned tables, helping reduce wait times and support smooth table turnover. Being a Greeter / Host / Hostess at Din Tai Fung requires a warm hospitality focus, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and making visitors feel welcomed and valued from their arrival to their dining experience.

Hourly pay for this position is $18.70, with an estimated additional $13 to $14 per hour in tips, making it a competitive opportunity for those passionate about hospitality.
