Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests
- check in guests using Din Tai Fung’s text message waiting system
- guide guests to their assigned tables
- manage dining room flow by seating guests efficiently
- support smooth table turnover
- help reduce guest wait times
- maintain hospitality and organization standards
