- Basic knowledge of spirits and bar tools is a plus
Job Duties
- Restock bar supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, mixers, ice, glassware, napkins, and straws
- Prepare the bar for service by setting up stations, organizing tools, and ensuring cleanliness
- Clean and sanitize bar surfaces, tools, and equipment throughout the shift and during closing
- Empty trash bins, change kegs, and remove empty bottles and boxes to keep the workspace safe and uncluttered
- Assist with inventory counts and deliveries, ensuring items are correctly received and stored
- Support bartenders during busy periods by running drinks, retrieving ingredients, or bussing bar seating areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverage items
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
