Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food preparation or kitchen role preferred
- Proficient in dough mixing and pizza making techniques
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, touch, climb, lift, and read (see) for extended periods of time (8 hours+)
- Must be able to regularly and safely lift and move boxes, supplies, and materials weighing 25 lbs or more
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes limited movement environment
- Must be able to maintain sanitation, food safety, and other food service environment requirements
Job Duties
- Be in proper dress (wear nametag, etc) and a professional appearance at all times
- Be on time all the time
- Your attendance is essential
- Follow all CALL IN procedures if you will be absent
- Proficient in dough mixing, hand-stretching dough and fast enough to keep up with product demand
- Produces product for restaurant including but not limited to pizzas, garlic knots, and stromboli
- Ensures proper food quality, appearance, and keeps the work area clean
- Follows and has in-depth knowledge of proper food handling procedures and regulations
- Keeps a positive professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and guests at all times
- Notify Supervisor regarding levels of food supplies, inventory and other materials as needed
- Acts in accordance with company policies, restaurant specifications and food/beverage regulations
- Reports to Restaurant Supervisor
