The establishment operates as a restaurant and bar, catering to a diverse clientele seeking both vibrant social gatherings and quality food and beverage services. As a recognized leader in the hospitality industry within this region, the company prides itself on maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and compliance with local health and safety regulations. The venue is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment that ensures guests enjoy memorable experiences whether visiting for drinks, casual meals, or special events.

The role being offered is that of a Bartender, a crucial member of the team responsible for making and serving drinks while maintaining a clean and stocked bar environment. This position demands a friendly, engaging, and professional approach to guest service with a focus on superior service quality. The Bartender is expected to greet guests warmly, prepare cocktails accurately following recipe guidelines, and provide menu suggestions that enhance the guests' enjoyment. The bartender also plays a vital role in supporting other team members, maintaining the overall cleanliness, and managing bar inventory throughout the shift.

The job encompasses various essential functions including greeting guests with genuine smiles and eye contact, efficiently preparing and pouring drinks, and serving food and beverages while adhering to service sequence standards. The Bartender must have thorough knowledge of all menu items to suggestively sell products to guests effectively. Responsibilities further extend to setting up and breaking down the bar station at the start and end of each shift, cleaning the bar and lounge area including sinks and glassware, and restocking products such as garnish trays, ice bins, beer kegs, and soda boxes. Additionally, the role requires handling the receipt, transportation, and storage of beverage products responsibly.

Maintaining sanitation standards is a priority, which includes emptying trash cans and complying with health district guidelines. The position also involves managing transactions accurately, presenting receipts to guests, running food to tables, bussing tables, performing side work, and marketing entertainment events by inviting guests to participate in mailing lists and promotions. The job mandates passing a Pour Test as part of the qualification and maintaining adherence to all company and departmental policies.

Ideal candidates will be 21 years or older, preferably with previous Bartender or Apprentice Bartender experience. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential to meet guests' needs effectively. Experience handling cash and operating registers is preferred, along with possessing valid certifications including an Alcohol Awareness Card (such as TAM or ACT), a health card from the Southern Nevada Health District, and a Non-Gaming card issued by the LVMPD (Sheriff's Card). Physical ability to reach, stoop, bend, lift, and clean throughout the shift, along with fluency in English, are necessary to succeed in this role.

This full-time position offers a chance to grow within a vibrant hospitality environment known for its entertainment and food services. Opportunities for advancement are plentiful for proactive individuals who excel in guest relations and operational support.
