Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- must possess a valid alcohol awareness card such as TAM, ACT, or other qualifying card
- must possess a valid health card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District
- must possess a valid non-gaming card issued by the LVMPD such as a sheriff's card
- must be able to reach, stoop, bend, lift, and clean during various activities throughout shift
- must be able to communicate fluently in English
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- previous experience as a bartender or apprentice bartender is preferred
- must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- must be able to communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs
- previous money-handling and cash register experience is preferred
- must possess a valid alcohol awareness card such as TAM, ACT, or other qualifying card
- must possess a valid health card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District
- must possess a valid non-gaming card issued by the LVMPD such as a sheriff's card
- must be able to communicate fluently in English
Job Duties
- Greet all guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact and provide superior guest service
- prepare and pour drinks accurately for guests and cocktail servers as needed
- efficiently serve food and beverage following the service sequence standards
- understand and demonstrate proper recipe adherence as well as liquor, beer and wine service
- possess thorough knowledge of all menu items and ability to suggestively sell items to guests
- properly set up service station at start of shift and break down station at end of shift
- clean bar and lounge area including bar top, sinks, glassware, lounge tables, and all storage areas
