Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana
  • Must provide responsible alcohol service
  • Verify identification and age requirements of guests
  • Able to operate POS system accurately
  • Able to lift, balance, and carry large trays of food and beverage
  • Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time
  • Handle guests' payments including cash and card processing
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana
  • Prior food service or serving experience preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Skillful in operating POS systems
  • Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds and be on feet for extended periods
  • Excellent memorization to recommend menu items

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly with a warm introduction and provide fresh chips and salsa
  • Card guests under the age of 40 to verify age
  • Provide a fiesta experience that entertains and satisfies guests
  • Serve guests quickly and efficiently ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Be a team player supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment
  • Create memorable experiences that make guests say wow through fun and unexpected service
  • Deliver guests' food hot and fresh from the kitchen
  • Read the guests' needs and tailor service accordingly
  • Suggestive sell specials and extras to enhance guest experience
  • Perform sidework and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized dining area
