Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • ability to work flexible shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • excellent communication skills in English
  • capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • must be trustworthy and respectful when dealing with guests and team members
  • prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner
  • ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
  • ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills
  • flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours
  • must be a minimum of 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Take beverage orders from restaurant customers and input orders into POS system
  • deliver orders following required standards for the position
  • prepare tableside items as requested by customer
  • anticipate guest’s needs
  • complete all side work including but not limited to wiping down stations, re-stocking supplies, etc.
  • polish silver, buff glasses, set-up service cart, etc. in order to prepare tables and stations
  • breakdown stations, carts and tables at close of restaurant
  • explain menu to the guests and answer any questions they may have
  • always check on quality of food and service to ensure excellent guest service
