Job Requirements

Job Duties
- maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicates effectively with team members
- adapts to business needs by working in different areas
- prepares food according to item specifications
- plans for future and mass production and seasonality
- adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- utilizes handheld technology for production, ordering, receiving, training, and quality decisions
- encourages adoption of new tools
- drives performance of assigned area
- stocks and rotates merchandise
- ensures quality and date control standards
- eliminates waste
- provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- assists with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving issues
- acts as a brand advocate
- develops and inspires others while promoting a respectful, supportive, team-oriented style
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources
- collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners
