Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food preparation preferred
- food safety certification preferred
- food handler certification preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- basic knowledge of inventory management and sanitation
- familiarity with handheld technology and digital tools
- commitment to customer service excellence
Job Duties
- maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- communicates effectively with team members
- prepares food according to item specifications
- plans for future and mass productions including seasonality
- adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- utilizes handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, and quality assurance
- drives performance by stocking and rotating merchandise
- ensures quality and date control standards
- eliminates waste
- provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolving concerns
- acts as a brand advocate by developing and inspiring others
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
- completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and other partners
- adapts to feedback and changes
