Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for an entire work shift
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- ability to use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- ability to navigate confined, narrow, or elevated spaces
- ability to move up and down stairs or service ramps
- ability to reach overhead and below the knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- willingness to perform additional duties as requested
- adherence to company policies and safety protocols

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
- clean all equipment and areas
- lock doors
- set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customers
- take orders and record in MICROS system
- prepare food and coffee beverages
- ensure appliances are turned on/off at appropriate times
- bus coffee cart areas and tables
- clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment throughout the day
- obtain change required for expected business level
- count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
- resolve cash discrepancies
- drop off receipts and secure bank
- follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain professional uniform and appearance
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards
- anticipate and address guests’ service needs
- assist guests with disabilities
- communicate professionally and clearly
- develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- read and verify information in various formats
- visually inspect tools and equipment for defects
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
