Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide friendly and courteous service
- Experience in beverage and food service preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Commitment to embody company values including aloha spirit
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food and beverage service is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee and cocktail preparation is beneficial

Job Duties
- Serve beverages and or food to guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Prepare gourmet coffee drinks smoothies and cocktails to patrons at restaurant and coffee lounge
- Achieve standards of excellence through the company mission culture and values
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Assist with inventory and stocking of supplies
- Support team members to ensure smooth operation of the establishment
