Located in San Juan Capistrano, California, the Autograph Collection hotel at 26907 Old Mission Rd is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals for a full-time Food and Beverage Non-Management position. This role is hourly paid at $23.45 per hour and offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within a prestigious hospitality environment. The position is not remote and requires on-site presence to maintain the highest standards of guest service and operational efficiency.

As a Food and Beverage team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the coffee cart and food service areas, providing guests with a welcoming and professional experience. Responsibilities include completing opening and closing duties such as setting up and maintaining supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and assigned areas, managing cash transactions, and preparing food and coffee beverages. Using the MICROS system for order entry and payment processing, you will engage directly with guests, offering personalized service that meets Marriott's rigorous standards.

The role requires adherence to all company policies including safety and security protocols, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting a team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for securing the cash bank at the end of the shift, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring all areas are orderly and guest-ready throughout your shift. The position demands physical stamina including the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift and carry items up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks requiring fine motor skills.
