This role involves completing all opening and closing duties including preparing necessary supplies and tools, cleaning and securing equipment, and locking doors. The associate will maintain and stock work areas, process guest orders using the MICROS system, handle cash transactions, and prepare food and beverage items such as coffee. Attention to detail is critical as the role requires checking and ensuring appliances like coffee makers are operated at correct times. Maintaining cleanliness throughout the workday, including bussing tables and kitchen areas, is essential. Financial responsibilities include counting the cash bank, completing cash reports, resolving discrepancies, securing receipts, and safeguarding company assets.

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds
