The role of a GOTO at Silver Diner is both dynamic and crucial to the restaurant's success. These individuals serve as the vital link between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring that every dish sent to guests meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. The GOTO is responsible for finishing food with garnishes and sauces, assembling orders accurately, and maintaining smooth communication and teamwork between cooks and servers.
