Job Requirements

  • Have availability to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Follow all systems, policies, and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Provide genuine hospitality to all guests and provide them with an experience that exceeds their expectations
  • Successfully complete alcohol awareness training and/or food handler training course(s)
  • Be committed to teamwork and have a pleasant attitude
  • Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, and maintaining a safe and clean floor space
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Be proficient in the use of headset radios
  • Have extensive knowledge of valid identification from multiple states and federal government
  • Accomplish other duties as instructed by management when applicable
  • Maintain honesty and integrity in all aspects of employment
  • Safely move chairs and tables as needed
  • Communicate clearly and hospitably with guests and teammates
  • Be able to multitask while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
  • Be able to work in a space of varying noise, temperature, and crowd levels
  • Be able to be to stand and/or walk for the duration of your shift
  • Be able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds occasionally, and up to 50 pounds in general
  • Practice proper safety guidelines at all times
  • Assist management with guest removal from premises when applicable
  • Be able to recognize, alert management to, and diffuse potential hostile situations
  • Assist in proper table and floor maintenance

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm and genuine greeting to each guest upon entry and exit of the building
  • Properly check incoming guests proof of identification
  • Remain alert and aware at all times to ensure safety to all guests and employees on-premises
  • Work with management to maintain occupancy standards and crowd control
  • Exude a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
  • Maintain a safe and clean floor space
