Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing
- willingness to work varying schedules including early mornings or evenings
- ability to understand and follow instructions
- commitment to maintaining safe food handling practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience preferred but not required
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- good communication and teamwork skills
- basic math skills for portion control
- ability to stand and work for extended periods
- commitment to following safety procedures
- willingness to attend training and safety meetings
Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and temperature standards
- tastes all prepared food items
- follows ticket collection procedures during service
- maintains cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas
- operates and maintains kitchen equipment
- assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies
