Ability to follow sanitation procedures

Cook food in various utensils or grillers
Check food while it is cooking to ensure quality
Ensure great presentation by arranging and garnishing food before serving
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Check quality of ingredients
