Job Requirements

High school diploma
golf course experience preferred
customer service experience preferred
must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
compute accurate mathematical calculations
provide legible communication and directions
perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
think clearly and remain calm
follow directions thoroughly
understand guests' service needs
work cohesively with co-workers
work with minimal supervision
maintain confidentiality of guest information
basic typing and moderate to advanced computer skills
must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
stand, sit or walk for extended periods
reach overhead and below knees including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping
use and operate office equipment with finger dexterity
communicate effectively verbally and visually
adapt to moderate indoor temperatures
CPR certification

Job Duties

Monitor pace of play
report emergencies
report any irregularities on golf course such as joggers, pets, non-revenue play and cart abuse
check bathrooms for cleanliness
pick up litter on course
answer customer service calls such as lost clubs, cart battery issues, GPS malfunctions, beverage cart requests
properly secure the course at the end of the day
perform other duties as assigned
