Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- experience with computerized POS and tee time system
- experience with Golf Genius software
- excellent written and oral communication
- proven experience in planning and managing sports tournaments or similar events
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- proficiency in business and data analysis tools
- customer-centric mindset
- ability to work cooperatively and as a team player

- experience with computerized POS and tee time system
- experience with Golf Genius software

- demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations and provide quality customer service
Job Duties
- Drive tournament and event sales development by proactively soliciting and securing golf tournaments
- serve as the primary point of contact for all tournament clients from initial booking through event execution
- lead comprehensive financial management by overseeing strategic pricing, proposals, and event budgets
- track and report tournament sales performance and booking pace
- lead on-site event management by overseeing tournament execution
- proactively communicate tournament details to all departments and collaborate closely with Golf and Food & Beverage managers
- drive business development by identifying new tournament markets and developing targeted outreach strategies
- continuously improve tournament operations by evaluating event performance and client feedback
- conduct comprehensive data analysis by collecting client feedback and evaluating event performance
