Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event coordination or golf operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency with relevant software applications
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Customer-service oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in golf operations or event management preferred
- Knowledge of golf rules and tournament formats preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with tournament software and office software
- Ability to resolve issues quickly during live events
- Detail-oriented with high organizational skills
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Assist in tournament set-up and break down
- Create contract proposals and secure signed contracts and deposits
- Collaborate with golf management, food and beverage teams, and outside services for smooth event execution
- Serve as main internal contact for confirmed group events
- Manage multiple priorities and logistics for tournaments
- Support various duties within golf operations as assigned
- Ensure all events exceed service standards
