As a Golf Events Coordinator, the primary responsibility is to support the planning, coordination, and execution of golf tournaments and other special events hosted at the resort. This role requires close collaboration across multiple departments including the Tournament Coordinator, Golf Operations, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure that every aspect of an event runs smoothly. The coordinator will assist in setting up and breaking down tournament logistics, managing contracts and deposits, and communicating effectively with sponsors, participants, and internal teams.

This position not only demands strong organizational and interpersonal skills but also the ability to adapt and resolve issues promptly as they arise during live events. Familiarity with tournament software, office applications, and golf operations is preferred to enhance efficiency and precision. The coordinator plays a crucial role in being the main internal contact for confirmed group events, ensuring all details are managed accurately to surpass service expectations. Job Duties

  • Assist in tournament set-up and break down

  • Support various duties within golf operations as assigned
