Job Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings during high volume work periods
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Ability to address complaints and resolve concerns
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Ability to learn golf etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous golf experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background investigation

Job Duties
- Become versed in POS system and cash handling procedures, sales, and transaction returns
- Opening and closing shifts for golf clubhouse operations
- Collect payment for golf fees, golfer check-in and merchandise sales
- Assist golfers with tee times, reservations, and check in procedures
- Monitor golf cart fleet usage through GPS software
- Provide superior customer service and assistance to guests both over the phone and in person
- Assist in set-up of tournaments and outings
- Inform golfers of golf course policies
- Assist other staff with special duties assigned by professional staff
- Stage golf carts for daily play
- Park, store and clean golf cart after daily play
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner and always maintains a professional image
- Monitor safety of golf patrons
- Perform other duties as assigned
