Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide prompt service
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks, espresso beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions, and upsell products when appropriate
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system and handle cash/credit payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, equipment, and dining areas
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed
- Monitor product quality and freshness
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Follow all health department regulations and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Resolve minor guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
