Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide prompt service
  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks, espresso beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions, and upsell products when appropriate
  • Accurately process transactions using the POS system and handle cash/credit payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, equipment, and dining areas
  • Stock and replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed
  • Monitor product quality and freshness
