Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • seven years project management or office coordination experience
  • ability to work independently and interdependently
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle unexpected situations calmly
  • knowledge of program policies and accreditation standards
  • must provide proof of legal authority to work in the United States
  • subject to pre-employment screening including criminal background and TB screening

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED plus seven years project management or office coordination experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, general liberal arts or related field preferred
  • three years of project management or office coordination experience preferred
  • TAGME certification preferred
  • detail-oriented and highly organized
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • strong knowledge of program policies, procedures, and accreditation standards

Job Duties

  • Collaborates with program director to ensure program meets ACGME accreditation requirements
  • manages ACGME Accreditation Data System (ADS) including resident roster, milestone evaluations, surveys and case log reporting
  • participates in development and management of program improvement plans
  • assists with annual program evaluation process
  • develops and updates program policies to comply with ACGME and GME standards
  • prepares for ACGME self-study process and site visits
  • gathers and presents data for program evaluation and competency committees
  • provides administrative support to residents and fellows
  • tracks and reports compliance with policies and procedures
  • manages program budget and purchasing
  • plans and implements annual events including graduation and retreats
  • manages resident selection, recruitment, onboarding, advancement and checkout processes
  • maintains and updates program website and promotional materials
  • ensures effective use of residency management software for program activities
  • maintains resident files, billing processes, and verification of training
  • facilitates resident compliance with annual requirements and maintains records of leave and schedules
  • attends program coordinator organization meetings
  • performs other duties as assigned
