Job Requirements
- Ability to lift or move merchandise weighing up to 44 pounds
- Willingness to climb ladders and work in varying temperature conditions
- Reliable and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash handling skills

- Ability to operate technology devices and follow multi-step processes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Experience using handheld scanners and technology equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of retail inventory and sales processes
- Capacity to remain focused and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests to create a welcoming shopping experience
- Receive and stock merchandise efficiently and accurately
- Organize the backroom and sales floor for optimal product presentation
- Execute merchandise pricing and signage updates
- Conduct inventory accuracy and merchandise maintenance tasks
- Operate power equipment safely if certified
- Support digital fulfillment tasks such as picking, packing, and delivering orders
- Follow safety policies and compliance procedures consistently
