Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
- Capable of handling merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and remain mobile for the duration of the shift
- Accurate cash register operation as needed
- Willingness to follow safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and pricing processes
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain composure in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- Execute daily tasks assigned by leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- Support guest services such as backup cashier and digital fulfillment processes
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
